Strategy # 2: Hans Rosling 200 Countries200 Years & Demographics

Hello, to understand how we get our high returns for our clients, you need to understand the tools I use that help us predict the long-term and short-term markets.

The 4 min video above is Hans Rosling talking about HEALTH and WEALTH over the last 200 years. I use it as a projection of how the world has changed demographically.

Demographics are the most reliable predictor if you understand the economic and market factors.
“The age structure, racial composition, and growth trends of a population are arguably the single most important factor affecting the long-term performance of our economy.”

[The Conference Board of Canada]

World events, politically motivated actions [Trump], and financial crises [2008] affect market performance but are not as compelling and enduring as demographic forces.

The buying power of a population, as determined by the size and age of a population, is the ultimate driver of economic activity.

Demographics provide a highly reliable predictor of the size and age of populations. As such, the long-term performance of markets can be projected with a high degree of certainty.

So again, the video shows how demographics have changed the health and wealth of countries worldwide over the last 200 years. It also points out what the future holds in store for us.

As an investor, you invest in companies in the hope they will grow, which in turn should do likewise with your investments at the same rate.

For the last 26 years, I have been using Demographics to guide my clients and earn them an average return per year of 20%, but it was not the only tool I used to achieve this. There are more, but strategy got me started and is one of my most important tools.

Once you understand this video, plus the videos on the GDP, you will never be afraid of losing money again and will only see a very bright future for yourself.

Again I want to remind readers that I no longer sell Insurance or investment products; I only advise as a consultant, which I am allowed to do as I spent 35 years in the Financial service industry.
